Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Webase (www.webase.com), operated by Nimble Labs LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Webase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Webase offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Message top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once consumed. Unused top-up messages do not expire.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all applications, source code, and data you create using Webase. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service — for example, compiling your source files for preview, storing your data models in our database, and deploying your applications when you request it.

5. AI-Generated Content

Webase uses third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate application code and content. You own the output generated for your applications.

AI-generated code is provided as-is. While we evaluate quality and attempt to fix issues automatically, we do not guarantee that generated code is free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before deploying it to production environments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Webase to build applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform itself
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Resell access to the platform without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Webase is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Webase available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimble Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Webase. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Webase is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
