Nimble Labs LLC ("Webase," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Webase platform at www.webase.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase message top-ups, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Application Data. When you use Webase to build applications, we store the source files, data models, and associated data you create. This includes any content generated by AI on your behalf.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and message/token counts for billing purposes.

Cookies. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Webase platform
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
  • To respond to support requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your application data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI model APIs for generating application code. Prompts and generated content are sent to these providers. Refer to their privacy policies for details on data handling.
  • MongoDB — storage for application data created within generated apps
  • SendGrid — transactional email delivery
  • Netlify — optional deployment hosting for generated apps

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and application data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and application data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@webase.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Webase is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
